Quick and easy with great communication from dealer to myself. Enjoyed the car buying process and was reassured throughout. Visited to view the car, test drove and discussed finance. A few minor jobs carried out on the car within the working week and collected the next weekend. Great service and would highly recommend Peter & co. Thanks for my new car!!

Great communication. We saw a car we liked through auto trader - requested a video an received one the same day (remote viewing as we are some distance from the car) Car was as described - excellent condition. Paid a deposit and organised viewing then purchase in person. No problems and very pleased with the service and vehicle.

Brought a car from CAR-ISMA, perfect! Very pleased with car and both Peter and Gavin looked after us. No pressure sales, no additional extras to add, allowed to view car at leisure. On day of collection Peter picked me from nearby train station, car was ready and as agreed enough fuel to get me home. Definitely would buy again from Peter and Gavin, well done to exceptional service!

Today I visited the garage for the first time to purchase an Audi A4 for my mum. Peter was an excellent host and made us feel at home immediately. He allowed us to take the car for a test drive without any fuss and limits. The transactional process was smooth and easy. We were able to take our time in looking at the car in detail. Buying my car was a big commitment for me but definitely made the right choice. Peter is very professional and honest. Clearly has a good ethic with his work, which is really hard to come by in car sales. Would fully recommend, I've even recommended them to friends already!
